“We want to go one day outside”
In a recorded conversation between Joshua Farinella and two labor contractors, in January 2024, the contractors told Farinella that there were 150 female workers who had not had time off in over a year. They asked for permission to take the workers on an outing.

[00:00:31] Labor contractor So today, she moves out all the girls and [inaudible] the last year we want [inaudible]. So, we want to go one day outside just for fun.

[00:00:57] Joshua Farinella Yes, we will. We will put something together for them. Do they— Like, we're going to send them out as a group, right? Like 150? 150 going to wherever they want to—

[00:01:28] Labor contractor So this morning, [inaudible] in the water swimming pool [inaudible]. So we've gone there. So what? Then you go back. [inaudible]. They are asking one day.
[00:01:43] Joshua Farinella Yes. Yes. I mean, they’ve— they haven’t been on the property? Like, they’ve had days off to each go out by themselves, haven’t they? Or have they just been on the property the entire time?

[00:02:00] Joshua Farinella They haven't had a day off in a year to go out?
